Property Manager

Millennia Housing Management Ltd., an industry leading property management company based in the Midwest, is growing in the area of Somerset, OH! We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for one of our communities. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, benefits eligible position with an attractive starting salary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all operating phases of the property, including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance of the physical site, processing applications in accordance with HUD regulations, leasing, overseeing maintenance, collecting and processing rent, move in and move outs, resolving resident relations, and making sure that the property stays in compliance with government regulations.

Qualifications and/or
Experience:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience and understanding of PROJECT BASED Section (8) subsidy is PREFERRED.
At least 2 years' experience managing a large apartment community
Knowledge of REAC and MOR required.
Knowledge MS Office required (MS Word &Excel proficiency especially).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
